*Rescheduling requests must be made no later than 24 hours before scheduled meeting times in order to avoid a $15 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requests are limited to one instance per order. Should there be multiple no-shows, a new order must be placed.

*Late policy: We value your time and ours! We're more than happy to accommodate timely rescheduling requests, but our team strongly enforces a 10-minute meeting waiting period. Should there be a no-show, we're happy to reschedule your meeting for a $15 fee. Should there be multiple no-shows, a new order must be placed.
